The time investment is 1 hour per week for our meeting and a weekly stretch assignment of 10-60 minutes, depending on how deep you take the stretch.

Weekly group coaching from Joli with your cohort. I never pass you off to a junior coach- you get me, every week, for 46 sessions over your year! You'll be walked through my proprietary relational individuation curriculum, without ever having to wade through a ton of pre-recorded videos. I teach you live, and answer questions every week.

You'll get access to the didactic portion of each week's call in a private, cohort only podcast feed. I never record while anyone else is speaking, so you get the nuggets of wisdom along with complete privacy in your carefully curated cohort.

You also have a private, cohort-only Signal chat where you will have access to support from your group. I'm in the chat too, so I'm up to date on the wins and learns you're having throughout the process.
